Microsoft is discontinuing support for Windows 7 operating systems. Shortly after, Windows 7 users will not receive any software updates from Microsoft. So before the time is up, everyone is updating themselves to Windows 7 version. The usage of Windows 7 has dropped drastically in July. This was reported in a report by IANS.

According to tech data radar, the application information analyst company Net Application Information said that the use of Windows 7 in the entire PC market in July decreased by 5.7 percent and market occupancy dropped to 5.7 percent. During this time, the use of Windows 7 has increased by 5.7 percent. Microsoft's recent operating system in the desktop market stands at 9.5 percent.

Microsoft discontinued mainstream support for the Windows 7 operating system on January 27. However, in January this year, they announced that next year, that is, after January 1, 2021, they will not offer any software security patches for free.

Many have been updating to the new version since Microsoft announced its support for Windows 7. So the use of Windows 7 is increasing rapidly.
